Our goal is to help you become a successful mobile home investor. We want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the Program, and that's why we are offering you a 7-day refund period associated with the purchase of the Program.

If you follow the Program’s methods for seven (7) days, and don’t see results, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the paid amount, under a “No Questions Asked” approach. Just reach out to our team at [email protected]

The email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. The Company will NOT provide refunds for requests made beyond the 7th day from your date of purchase. After the 7th day, all payments are non-refundable.

Mobile Home Elite Investors employs a strict no refund policy. Except as otherwise provided for herein or agreed by Mobile Home Elite Investors and the company in writing, there are no refunds of any fees, payments, or other amounts paid by You in connection with any service or product by Mobile Home Elite Investors. By downloading any product on our website, you acknowledge that no one has represented to you that refunds are openly available. If you are subject to a payment plan through Mobile Home Elite Investors, even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be billed according to the schedule through the end of the Term.

If you put a deposit down towards a product, you have 72 hours to request a refund. Once you enroll/purchase, you waive your ability to be refunded partially or fully, and you are responsible to complete all payments. For our bus tours, if any changes occur to the event due to weather, location or state of emergencies your investment will be transferred to an upcoming bus tour or another product within our suite. If you sign up for our Facebook group for $27/month or The Mobile Home Society for $97/month, you must request a refund within 3 days of your purchase date.  1. Any payment hereunder, if not timely made, shall bear interest at an annual rate equal to ten percent(10%) per annum until paid. In the event that any finance charge or fee imposed under this agreement would exceed the maximum charge or fee permitted by any applicable state or federal law, then this agreement shall be deemed amended to reduce such charge or fee to the maximum lawful amount. In such event, such

excess charge, if paid, shall be applied to reduce my outstanding obligation.

2. I agree and acknowledge that all information and materials presented at any Mobile Home Elite Investors event by any Mobile Home Elite Investors agent, employee or representative are and shall remain the property of Mobile Home Elite Investors and may not be recorded, copied, reproduced, videotaped or disseminated without the prior written consent from an authorized person at Mobile Home Elite Investors.

3. I agree and acknowledge that this agreement shall be governed by the written Rules, Policies and/or Procedures that shall be provided to me upon approval of this contract by Mobile Home Elite Investors and all other Rules, Policies and/or Procedures as announced by Mobile Home Elite Investors from time to time, verbally and/or in writing.

4. In the event of a default in payment of any installation due, all services and privileges shall be suspended and I shall nevertheless remain liable for the full agreement price, which shall become immediately due and payable in full. I agree to pay all attorney’s fees, costs and expenses incurred in the enforcement of this agreement or in collecting payment due under this contract. Mobile Home Elite Investors may terminate this contract for: any non-payment; payment which is not received within ten (10) days of the date upon which it is due; or upon two or more late payments.

5. I agree and acknowledge that any coaching/accountability call provided under this agreement may be recorded for quality control purposes without further notice of any kind.

6. I agree and acknowledge that products produced by Mobile Home Elite Investors including ebooks, Youtube videos, audio downloads, CDs, video tapes, DVDs and manuals are protected by copyright laws and, as such, I agree to refrain from recording, duplicating, disseminating,

reproducing, republishing or-engineering these materials without the express written consent of Mobile Home Elite Investors and shall not permit any third party to do the same.

7. I agree and acknowledge that the failure of Mobile Home Elite Investors to insist on strict performance of any of the provisions of this agreement or to exercise any right grants will not be construed as a relinquishment or future waiver; rather, the provision or right will continue in full force. No waiver of any provision or right will be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the party giving it.

8. I agree and acknowledge that Mobile Home Elite Investors makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the

services or goods provided hereunder and the IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED with respect to the services and goods.

9. I understand that if I am not currently considered to be on active status, as defined in the Policies & Procedures, which further govern this

Program, or am delinquent in my payments, I waive my right to attend any Mobile Home Elite Investors events at “no charge.”

10. I understand that it is my responsibility to schedule my coaching calls with my coach each and every month. Failure to do so, regardless of the reason, without notifying my coach and MHEI of my intent to be put on HOLD according to the policies and procedures, will result in my account being billed in full that month with no expectation of making up that month’s calls.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT A NEGATIVE CREDIT REPORT REFLECTING ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT MAY BE SUBMITTED TO A CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY IF YOU FAIL TO FULFILL THE TERMS OF YOUR CREDIT OBLIGATIONS.
